SPECIALIST FLEET CAPABILITY
The Right Vehicle for Demanding Waste Collections
Some liquid wastes and site conditions require more than a standard vacuum tanker. CSG can select specialist vehicles according to the waste, pumping distance, access restrictions and work required—providing additional capability for dense sludge, deep chambers, difficult locations and corrosive industrial liquids.
KOKS CycloVac HVAM
The KOKS CycloVac HVAM provides extremely high airflow for materials that are difficult to remove using conventional liquid tankers.
With suction capability of up to 8,000 CFM, the system creates a powerful movement of air through the pipework to convey waste into its 12,000-litre tank. It is designed for prolonged operation on demanding projects.
Typical applications can include removing material from silt ponds and lagoons, supporting heavy construction or flood-control work and working alongside high-pressure jetting equipment.
Long-Distance Liquid-Ring Tanker
Our articulated liquid-ring tanker combines high suction performance with long-distance capability for demanding liquid and sludge collections.
Operating at up to 2,010 CFM with a 26,000-litre capacity, it can draw heavier sludge over distances of around 30 metres and even farther across level ground. A high-powered jetter also supports cleaning work where required.
This makes it particularly suitable for deep chambers and locations where the tanker cannot be positioned close to the collection point, including large industrial sites, ships and rail infrastructure.
Glass-Lined Tankers
Some corrosive liquid wastes can attack an ordinary steel tanker and require specialist containment during transport.
CSG’s chemical-resistant lined tanker capability includes a 30,000-litre articulated tanker with a fibreglass-lined barrel. The lining provides additional resistance when transporting compatible acids and other corrosive industrial liquids.
The waste composition and tanker compatibility must be assessed before collection so that the appropriate vehicle, handling arrangements and destination facility can be confirmed.
High-Performance Rigid Vacuum Tankers
Our high-performance rigid vacuum tankers provide a versatile option for collections and cleaning work requiring more power than a standard tanker.
With 3,000- and 4,000-gallon capacities and suction capability of up to 1,000 CFM, these vehicles are equipped with powerful jetting systems and turbo jet nozzles.
They can support pipework, tank and pit cleaning, interceptor and forecourt work, infrastructure maintenance and the removal of silt and sludge from commercial sites and treatment facilities.
Fully Managed Waste Tanker Services
We can manage both hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams, subject to assessment and acceptance, with specialist support available for more complex wastes requiring additional handling or pumping capability. Unusual or difficult waste streams? We can arrange sampling and assessment to confirm classifications.
Where required, we can also carry out jetting and cleaning works alongside waste removal to help maintain systems, reduce build-up issues and keep operations running efficiently.
We support organisations with their hazardous waste streams across a range of industries, including:
Manufacuring
Laboratories
Infrastructure
Energy
Logistics
